This variation of the
Feather Stitch looks more complicated
than it really is. Each Feather is actually a Twisted Fly Stitch, making the
result look like a complex braid.
Work from right to left. Start with a Twisted Fly Stitch, angled toward
the upper left (Step 1). The second Twisted Fly Stitch
is angled toward the lower left, with the new endpoint
between the two endpoints of the first stitch (Step 2).
Do the same with the next stitch (Step 3). |
