This is a complex stitch that maked an embroidered line that has the look of beads on a string.

Start the stitch with a long horizontal Straight Stitch, taking a small vertical bite out of the fabric at the end (Step 1). Next, pass the needle under the stitch, without piercing the fabric (Step 2). Finally, pass the needle through the Straight Stitch again, with the thread looped under the needle (Step 3). You are no in position to make the next vertical bite, as in Step 1.
